Excellent everything from start to finish.

“We had initially booked for another day but it rained and they were very good about letting us change the date. I wouldn’t have minded going in the rain but with a 7 year old it wouldn’t have been fun.
Everything went well start to finish, The day of we received a reminder of the event, as well as detailed instructions for pick up and location( our resort had multiple lobbies). Our driver that was sent to shuttle us from the resort to the beach was on time and friendly and a clean vehicle.
I was a bit nervous since it was just my daughter and I going alone. But the driver let my husband know where we would be going.
We got to the beach and everything was ready to go.
The horses were not in poor condition like some places that we have travelled.
You could tell they were well taken care of, they were calm, clean and the riding gear was in excellent shape. The only thing was that I am a larger stature, and compared to riding in North America, the horses were smaller stature and height then I am normally use to riding. So I felt bad for the Horse having to drag me around.
The staff that was there to assist as well as the guide were excellent, friendly and polite. Explained very well how to handle the horses, as well as helped guide the horses if extra assistance was needed.
Everyone was friendly they took photos and also offered to take my phone for photos for me as well.
My daughter takes riding lessons and usually rides 1/2 hour so she was getting tired after about 30 minutes.
It had nothing to do with the company or staff , just her being so young.
But they were great in allowing us to end early.
We had fresh coconuts and my daughter discovered her love for coconut water, since she drank mine too.
The driver was prompt to return when they called to let him know we were finished early.
The next day we received a message thanking us for choosing their family business and the photos that were taking on the adventure were shared with us.

We were escorted down the beach along the most beautiful water in the Caribbean!
